Refund and Cancellation Policy for Krishna Dynamics

Krishna Dynamics (“Shell Company”), based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of its clients. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information collected by the Company from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. The Company may use and disclose clients’ personal information for purposes including, but not limited to, conducting our business, providing and marketing our services, communicating with clients, complying with legal obligations, and managing and improving our services.

Refund Policy

 

 

    1. No Refund for Back-out: The Company has a strict policy against issuing refunds for Back-out candidates in between the
    1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if the full service fee is paid in advance, without any outstanding If the fee is not paid in full, clients are not eligible for a refund, even if they meet other refund criteria.
    1. Zero Tolerance for Chargebacks: Any client who disputes a valid credit card payment will be permanently blacklisted and barred from using our Unpaid fees will be sent to collections and reported to Credit Reporting Agencies.
    1. Refund on Consultation Fee Only: Refunds will only be calculated on the consultation Taxes and Process charges are non-refundable.

     

    1. No Responsibility for Third-Party Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, and no refund of service charges will be issued for such
    1. Payment Methods: Clients paying via online card services or net banking agree not to withdraw or chargeback the payment without notifying the Company, except as allowed under applicable law.
    1. Non-Refundable Services: Service charges paid to the Company are non-refundable once the services have commenced, or any part of the process has begun, regardless of any change in the client’s personal
    1. Disclosure Requirements: Clients are required to provide all necessary documents and information at the time of registration to enable the Company to proceed with their Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the refund.
    1. Service Charges: The service charges are based on the Company’s standards and are not subject to market Any claims of the charges being excessive after registration will not be entertained.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Government of India and the State of Madhya Pradesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
